  • Group selection of cardiointervals in the ECG;
  • Update for Dynamics module;
  • Update for Osteopathy module.

Software update is available at the link for all users of the VedaPulse Professional system, who have the following modules: Constitution, Lifestyle, Organ Pulses, Dynamics, Osteopathy.

Chinese Constitution – new great addition to the module!

We do know that many VedaPulse users are working not only with Ayurveda, but with traditional Chinese medicine as well. With this in mind, we’re proud to present a new tab in the Constitution software module – TCM syndromes. The new algorithm automatically matches current health status of your client with one of ten main syndromes in TCM:

  • Normal (neutral, no tendencies to pathological syndromes);
  • Qi deficiency (Emptiness);
  • Blood deficiency (Emptiness);
  • Yang deficiency (Emptiness);
  • Yin deficiency (Emptiness);
  • Excess Yang (Stagnant Heat);
  • Stagnation of Blood;
  • Stagnation of Qi;
  • Damp Heat;
  • Excess Dampness.

The description of each syndrome includes definition, genesis of the constitution type, specifics related to the syndrome, primary and secondary manifestations, psychological features, constitution-determined tendencies to disorders, and adaptive abilities.

Update of the algorithms for dosha calculation based on anthropometric data

We keep making algorithms for dosha calculation more precise with every update. This time, corrections are based on anthropometric data, which now ensures greater stability of data and makes index calculations more accurate and personalized.

Make sure you insert correct age, height and weight in the client's card, since new algorithms will use this data in calculations, namely, body mass index — one of the indicators that is included in the analysis of client’s condition (BMI calculation specifics for teenagers are taken into consideration).

Chinese medicine Lifestyle now available!

Wonder what TCM recommendations to provide to your clients? Give ‘Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)’ section in Lifestyle module a try! It contains multifaceted recommendations on lifestyle, mental health, physical activity (including Qi-gong), nutrition, medication, music therapy, massage, Guasha, acupuncture, and other TCM practices.

Big update of Organ Pulses (Meridians)

No more plain pictures in the Atlas tab. Benefit from the detailed descriptions of the state of 12 functional systems (meridians) of the body based on the analysis of morphological (red line on the meridian diagram) and functional (blue line) changes.

The Chinese meridian scheme is enhanced with a pentagram of the Five Elements that provide info on Five Shu acupoints for each channel in accordance with the elements.

New option of group selection of intervals on CIG

Now, it has become easier to correct artifacts on the recording. In this update, you can select several cardiointervals not only on the ECG recording, but on the cardiointervalogram (CIG) as well by using the group selection option. Non-stationary periods (breathing maneuvers, mental turbulence, coughing, etc.) are clearly visible on the CIG, and now you can remove the entire period with just one click.

Update for Dynamics module

We’ve increased the overall performance of the Dynamics module. Now you can analyze big amounts of data much faster, for example, compare a big number of assessments done within a long period of time.

Update for Osteopathy module

The algorithms of the module are now more sensitive to functional changes in five sections of the spine, which means that the module became even more precise in finding links between spinal pathologies and disorders at the level of nerves and organs.
