VedaPulse at the Yangan-Tau eco-resort in the heart of the sacral mountains

In early May, Dr. Oleg V. Sorokin, the author and chief developer of the VedaPulse system, visited the geothermal resort, the first and only geopark in the Russian Federation under the auspices of UNESCO, where he held strategic business meetings with the top management and training for the doctors of the sanatorium — practical workshops on the introduction of technology in sanatorium-resort treatment and wellness programs.

Yangan-Tau’s programs are unique because it is the only resort in the country where all balneological factors are represented: the healing climate, sulfide mud, mineral water coming from the spring directly into the rooms, and the main miraculous phenomenon — geothermal steam.

Yangan-Tau means “burning mountain” in Bashkir language. The healing steam is delivered directly from its depths to the steam and dry-air hospitals of the sanatorium, used for procedures.

Geothermal steam is a very active biofactor and requires a clear definition of indications and contraindications, as well as a personalized selection of the exact exposure time, temperature factor, humidity level, etc.

The diagnostic capabilities of the VedaPulse system and, in particular, the Thermotherapy module proved to be indispensable here. With the help of the module, the sanatorium’s doctors receive individual recommendations on the optimal choice of humidity and temperature environment based on the analysis of VedaPulse assessment data.
