Yoga

The Yoga Therapy software module is designed to determine the most suitable yoga asanas for a client and create a personalized yoga therapy program.

Yoga

All asanas are categorized into three color-coded lists: Green, Yellow, and Red.

Each asana in the list is assigned a rating — a numerical value in arbitrary units displayed next to it. It displays the most suitable asanas.

Rating

When an asana is selected (checked) in the list, it is added to the separate Yoga Therapy window. Here, the specialist can create a personalized yoga therapy program for the client, selecting asanas from any of the available lists.
