Osteopathy

The Osteopathy software module is designed to instantly detect functional changes in the five major regions of the spine and assess the likelihood of dorsopathy (spinal pathology). It also helps establish connections between these spinal issues and the condition of corresponding nerves and organs, identifying tendencies for exacerbation of chronic vertebral pathologies, degenerative-dystrophic changes in the spinal joints, and other related conditions.

The module consists of 2 tabs: Spine and Innervation zones.

The Spine tab allows for the assessment of functional dorsopathy in specific vertebrae or groups of vertebrae. It features a graphical representation of the spine and a text block.

The vertebrae on the chart are color-coded to indicate their condition:

• Yellow: Chronic dorsopathy with metabolic changes in the intervertebral discs or vertebral joints, and impaired ossification of the vertebral body, indicating a tendency toward osteopenia and osteoporosis. This also suggests a propensity for pathological vertebral-visceral interconnections.
• Light Green: A tendency toward chronic dorsopathy at a stage with no clinical manifestations (this condition falls within a broad normal range).
• Green: No functional pathology is present, or it is fully compensated.
• Pink: A tendency toward exacerbation of chronic dorsopathy.
• Red: Exacerbation of chronic dorsopathy, potentially accompanied by a pain syndrome.

Hover the cursor over a vertebra or its label to see a tooltip with the vertebra's name and its functional status. Click on an item to view a detailed description of the selected vertebra or a group of vertebrae with similar structural/functional features, including the innervation zone (available in the Innervation zones tab).

Description Sections:

• Pathological changes (if present): An analysis of the lateralization of the process at the level of a specific vertebra (right-lateral, medial, or left-lateral location of the dorsopathy).

• Connection with organs (if pathological changes are present): An assessment of the probability of a vertebro-visceral pathological connection, generating a list of potential pathological deviations and predispositions to the development of specific diseases.

• Anatomical and physiological characteristics: A detailed anatomical and physiological description of each vertebra.

The Innervation zones tab illustrates the connection between vertebrae, nerves, and plexuses. An image of the human body is overlaid with innervation zones, each colored according to one of four possible statuses, corresponding to the color scheme used for the vertebrae (with the exception of the "normal" green color):

• Light Green: Wide range of the normal condition.
• Pink: Tendency towards an exacerbation of chronic dorsopathy.
• Red: Active exacerbation of chronic dorsopathy.
• Yellow: Chronic dorsopathy in the vertebra associated with this specific zone on the body.

Hover the pointer over a zone to see a tooltip with the name of the spinal nerve and the functional status of the corresponding vertebra. Click on a zone to view a detailed description of the nerves innervating the selected area and to see the corresponding vertebra or group of vertebrae highlighted in the Spine tab.
