Microbiome

The Microbiome software module allows for the determination of the severity of metabolic endotoxemia and the subsequent low-intensity inflammatory process in ten microbiome biotopes through the analysis of autonomic dysfunction:

• Large Intestine
• Small Intestine
• Stomach
• Helicobacter Pylori
• Oral and Nasopharyngeal
• Respiratory
• Cutaneous
• Urological
• Genital
• Protozoal Infection

The module displays the risk level of microbiome impairment across 4 main zones: Low (0-25), Moderate (25-50), High (50-75), and Very High (75-100) on a radar chart.

Hovering the mouse cursor over the chart displays a tooltip with the current risk level. Clicking on a specific parameter shows its impairment in the text box on the left:

• Risk level of impairment
• Description of the specific microbiome biotope and its role in the body
• Clinical signs of impairment: minor (functional dysbiosis) and pronounced (structural dysbiosis) - for risk levels above 25
• laboratory methods for assessing the specific microbiome biotope

• Dysbiosis correction program

  • Preventive - for risk levels below 25
  • Therapeutic - for risk levels from 25 to 50
  • Therapeutic for significant impairments - for risk levels above 50
• Dietary recommendations for identified impairments
