Importing and Exporting Data

The VedaPulse® Professional software provides several options for importing assessments recorded on other manufacturers' equipment. These functions are accessible from the main menu located in the upper-left corner of the program window.

Clicking on the Assessments menu item reveals a dropdown list with three file import options.

Importing data

Option 1: Import the RR Intervals data from text file
This function allows you to import data from various sports applications and devices equipped with chest strap sensors.

Option 2: Import ECG data from text file
This option enables the import of assessments from programs and devices that can export ECG recordings to a text file.

Option 3: Import ECG data from EDF file
This feature supports importing ECG recordings in the European Data Format (EDF) – a 16-bit format designed for the exchange and storage of multichannel biological and physical signals.

VedaPulse® Professional also supports exporting assessments to text formats. To export R-R intervals to a text file, navigate to Results > Academic > HRV and click the Exporting Data icon in the upper-right corner of the ECG and Cardiointervalogram graphs.
