The EpiGenetics software module is designed to assess the effectiveness of compensation for potential genetic disorders at the functional level.
The left column contains a list of genes recommended for analysis. The genes are ranked in descending order based on the associated risk of pathogenic variants. Next to each gene name, a numerical value (in arbitrary units) indicates its risk rating — the higher the number, the greater the probability of a pathological polymorphism in that gene. The genes at the top of the list, which are highlighted in bold, represent those with the highest risk priority.
Clicking on any gene in the left column will display a description of its functional significance, as well as a list of associated diseases and pathological conditions, in the right-hand panel.
If diseases are known to be present in close relatives or have already manifested in the client, they should be selected in the Nosological system filter dropdown menu. This prompts the program to shorten the list of genes, focusing the user's attention specifically on those genes associated with the current balance of Doshas, the TCM syndrome, the functional state of organs and systems, as well as this group of diseases. If there are several diseases, each one should be specified sequentially. After reviewing the description of the proposed genes, you can select which ones to send for laboratory analysis.
To generate a list of genes for analysis, select them by clicking the checkboxes to the left of each gene name. The program will then move the selected genes to the bottom-right section, creating a personalized list for PCR testing.
Click the Save report button to save the selected genes and their descriptions to a file or print them.
