Dhatu (tissues)
Dhatu refers to the energy and metabolic state of the body's tissues.
This tab assesses the level of Ama (metabolic waste) accumulation in the srotas (the channels of nourishment between tissues):
-
Rasa corresponds to plasma, interstitial fluid, and the lymphatic system; it serves as the basis for the formation of blood plasma;
-
Rakta refers to the cellular components of the blood (primarily red blood cells);
-
Mamsa corresponds to muscle tissue;
-
Meda refers to adipose (fat) tissue;
-
Asthi corresponds to bone tissue;
-
Majja has a dual interpretation and is associated with both bone marrow and nervous tissue;
-
Shukra (semen) is considered the most refined tissue (from the Ayurvedic perspective). It is the quintessence of all other tissues, sequentially receiving the essence from each of them.

This tab features two graphs:
-
Bar chart displaying the energy-metabolic state of the tissues
-
0-1 (Yellow): Tissue depletion
-
1-4 (Green): Optimal tissue condition
-
4-8 (Red): Tissue tension
-
Tissue Nourishment Scheme
The direction of the arrows indicates the sequential process of nourishing the tissues with Prana
-
Yellow arrows represent insufficient pranic nourishment;
-
Green arrows represent optimal nourishment;
-
Red arrows represent tension caused by blockage of the srotas (channels) by Ama (metabolic waste).
