Ayurveda

The Ayurveda tab provides lifestyle recommendations based on one of ten primary constitutional types, which include:

• 3 mono-types (Vata, Pitta, Kapha),
• 6 dual-types (Vata-Pitta, Vata-Kapha, Pitta-Vata, Pitta-Kapha, Kapha-Vata, Kapha-Pitta),
• and one balanced type – the 10th, Tridosha.

If the probability of a dual-type is uncertain, the user has the option to select lifestyle recommendations for each potential type.

If the Heuristic analysis of Dosha balance probability section in the Balance (Ayurveda) tab (Constitution module) indicates several constitutional types with varying probabilities, the specialist can select a type in the Ayurveda tab. The option will appear in the lower part of the window under the heading "Constitutional types probability found".
