On this page you will learn how to renew your subscription to the VedaPulse Professional program and how to check when the subscription expires.

An Internet connection is required

If you encounter a situation where your subscription has expired, you can renew it in three ways:

through the VedaPulse Professional program

Subscription renewal through the VedaPulse Professional program

Step 1. Insert the USB key into your computer and run the VedaPulse Professional program

Step 2. Click on the “Renew your subscription. Proceed to payment”

In the window that appears, click on the “Renew your subscription. Proceed to payment”.

Step 3. Click on the “Add to Cart” button

The product will be added to your shopping cart.

Step 4. Go to the shopping cart and place an order

To place an order, you will need to log in to your personal account.

Step 5. Choose a convenient payment method and pay for the order

After receiving the payment, a request for code reprogramming will be generated. The deadline for processing requests is from 1 to 3 working days. The ready-to-use code will be sent to your email.

To renew your subscription via the website, follow the link: https://vedapulse.com/portal/subscription and follow the steps 3-5 described above.

How to check the subscription expiration date

You can view the subscription expiration date in the VedaPulse Professional program. To do this, select “Settings” — “My subscriptions” in the upper-left menu.

When there are 30 days left before the end of the subscription, the first notification appears at the start of the program with an offer to renew the subscription. The second notification will be displayed 10 days before the end of the subscription. When there are 5 days left before the subscription expires, a notification will appear every time the program is launched.

In addition, in the upper-right corner of the program, you can see a counter that counts down the number of days remaining before the subscription expires.

We recommend that you renew your subscription at least one week before the end of its validity, since the deadline for processing requests is from 1 to 3 business days. This way, you will receive the code before the subscription expires and will be able to continue working without interruption.

Frequently Asked Questions

I just received the device and I don’t have the activation code. What to do?

As soon as you receive the device, the manager makes a request to program the activation code. Processing of the request takes from 1 to 3 business days. After the code is ready, the manager will send it to your email.

If you don’t find the email in your Inbox, check the Spam folder. Perhaps the letter got there. If you can’t find the email, contact technical support support@vedapulse.com

This message appears if you insert your current key code. Make sure that you copied the code from the email and not from the bottom field in the Activation window.

You have probably already activated the program, and reactivation is not required.

Also make sure that you have not run the program in demo mode. In this case, a message will appear at startup stating that the program is running in demo mode. To run your version, you need to insert a USB key into your computer.

This message could only occur if the program was launched for the first time without an Internet connection or the date and time settings on the computer were knocked down. For troubleshooting, contact technical support support@vedapulse.com.
