User Subscription "Twelve" is a subscription for 12 months.

It includes: 

• technical support with the first priority.
• 6 Skype consultations "Expert module" on issues related to the intricacies of VedaPulse expert modules.

You will be able to ask questions about expert module to learn how to use it in a more professional way and get answers to all your questions about the software.

• 12 Skype consultations on issues associated with your or your customer’s assessment.
  

Total: 18 Skype consultations, each lasting up to 1 hour.

The subscription effective date is the date of payment, it lasts for 365 days (12 months). During this period of time, you are welcome to contact us in any convenient way (phone call, email, Skype) for the appointment of consultation date and time.

After 365 days (12 months) User Subscription "Twelve" ends, it is not transferable and not refundable, even if you didn't use all its capabilities.

User Subscription "Twelve" can be closed before 365 days (12 months) end, if you use all of the services it includes.
