Biohacking – Your Personalized Health Assessment
2026-05-22
Biohacking is a growing trend in modern science focused on optimizing health, longevity, and overall well-being. Today, the term biohacking has various interpretations, but at its core, it is about gaining deeper insight into the body and making informed decisions to improve health. To support these goals, VedaPulse has developed the Biohacking module.
The program helps assess potential risks across key body systems, including: gastrointestinal system, cardiovascular system, urinary system, reproductive system, endocrine system, immune system, detoxification system.
It also helps identify: psychosomatic patterns, stress-related dysfunctions, overall adaptive reserves of the body, integral functional tension through the Integral State scale.
The system evaluates health risks across four primary zones:Low risk, Moderate risk, High risk, Very high risk.
This allows practitioners to identify functional imbalances before pronounced clinical manifestations appear.
For example, in the Cardiovascular System section, the program evaluates hemostatic balance and may detect biochemical shifts approaching the upper limits of reference values—or values already exceeding normal ranges.
Yellow zone indicates early biochemical deviations near the upper reference threshold.
Pink zone suggests more pronounced deviations, often worsening in the presence of inflammation.
Red zone indicates elevated thrombus formation risk.
These findings may reflect inflammation-driven deterioration and metabolic disturbances, helping practitioners consider preventive support strategies.
Another example is the Endocrine System section. When assessing adrenal function, the program evaluates: signs of adrenal fatigue, reduced functional adaptability of the adrenal glands, disrupted circadian corticosteroid secretion, decreased stress adaptation capacity.
A yellow zone may reflect early asthenic-neurotic patterns and reduced resilience. Pink and red zones may indicate decreased stress tolerance, chronic overload, and anxiety-related dysfunctions. Based on these findings, practitioners can create personalized prevention and recovery strategies.
The VedaPulse Biohacking module provides a deeper functional view of the body, helping identify its most vulnerable systems and allowing timely development of individualized recovery and health optimization programs.
